FLEXIMOULDS is a multi-material construction system that uses sand as scaffold and CNC-deposited concrete as building material. By predicting the joint behaviour of sand and cement-threads, adequate scaffolds can be produced and deposition strategies can be traced that give birth to a new type of architecture.
